Ms. Pontiff is a joint venture partner with Birch|REA, and serves as President of New England Property Advisors, Inc., a Massachusetts-based tenant advisory brokerage firm focused on helping corporate tenants to navigate acquisition and disposition of leased and owned real estate.  Ms. Pontiff brings over 15 years of experience in advisory and valuation services to Birch|REA, where she acts as a Senior Advisor on select projects.

Ms. Pontiff has represented tenants in a wide range of industries, providing a full complement of services including consulting and planning, site selection, and transaction negotiation.  Her assignments have included build-to-suit projects, corporate headquarters facilities and field offices across the US.

Ms. Pontiff served as Vice President of Suburban Brokerage for CBRE in New England from 2002 through 2007.  From 1991 through 2001 Ms. Pontiff appraised commercial real estate around the United States, including both Alaska and Hawaii.  She was awarded the MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) designation in 1995 and served as Director, Valuation Advisory Services for Cushman & Wakefield from 1995 through 2001.  She was the division’s top producer from 1998 through 2001.

Ms. Pontiff has an MBA from the University of Washington in Seattle, where she graduated with concentrations in both Finance and Economics.  She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a licensed General Appraiser.  Ms. Pontiff is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and the New England Women in Real Estate (NEWIRE) and its national affiliate Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).  Ms. Pontiff serves as an advisory board member to Teen Voices and as Treasurer-Elect of the Junior League of Boston, where she oversees annual operating revenues in excess of $1M and owned real estate valued in excess of $5M.
