With over a year’s experience with Birch|REA, Mr. Blondin has worked on a diverse range of real estate valuation and consulting projects for investors, corporations, developers, and financial institutions across the United States. Although concentrating primarily in the valuation of retail properties, Mr. Blondin also has experience with office, industrial, mixed use, and specialty properties. Mr. Blondin heads up the technical administration of the Birch|REA website and manages the company's proprietary database of local and national property information.
Mr. Blondin is actively pursuing a Certified General Real Estate Appraisal license with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and has completed numerous appraisal and financial analysis courses sponsored by the Appraisal Institute as well as at Boston University.
Prior to Birch|REA, Mr. Blondin worked in the technology marketing field for over seven years, holding a Senior Account Manager Position with e-Dialog, Inc. At e-Dialog, Mr. Blondin was responsible for the growth and maintenance of over $3 million of client business per year, and managed relationships with over ten clients.
Mr. Blondin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University, and is licensed as an Appraisal Trainee and as a Real Estate Salesperson by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. He is an active participant with Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston.
