Birch|REA has developed a strategic partnership with the real estate and financial advisory firm REF Advisory, LLC to form the joint venture REF|Birch.  The firms joined forces to combine each team’s unique skills and niche specialties to provide unmatched expertise and experience to clients in the areas of single tenant net lease and sale-leaseback transaction advisory.  REF|Birch also engages in selected net lease real estate transactions on a Principal basis with its joint venture partners.

Collectively, REF|Birch has been involved in more than $15 billion in sale-leaseback transactions.  REF Advisory, LLC continues to serve its own clients separately in a similar capacity.
