Mathew J. Roth has been in the real estate business for over 10 years working for financial institutions and real estate investment companies. Formerly, Mr. Roth was a successful real estate investment sales broker with Marcus & Millichap in New York, NY as well as an in-house appraiser for Capital Crossing Bank in Boston, MA. Most recently, Mr. Roth was the founder of a real estate brokerage and development company headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts.
Mr. Roth holds a MS degree in Real Estate from New York University. His degree focused on investment and development of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Roth received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester where he majored in Economics. While at Rochester, Mr. Roth also received a Certificate of Business Management from the William E. Simon School of Business. Mr. Roth’s credentials also include: a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson license, a New York Real Estate Salesperson license and Series 7, 63 and 55 licenses.
Mr. Roth is experienced in valuing all types of real estate. In the last ten years, he has evaluated thousands of properties and their markets. He is versed in all facets of property evaluation, including challenging properties in remote areas. Mr. Roth has an extensive background, and specialized knowledge that are the catalysts for complex problem solving. He has developed a methodology, which utilizes the most recent developments in computer technology for both data analysis and information management. Mr. Roth is well trained to prepare market data analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, sales comparison analysis, multiple regression analysis, lease vs. buy analysis, and a complete development-investment analysis.
