For the past 20 years, Mr. Ricciuti has served as a real estate advisor to a wide variety of private and public clients throughout the United States. In Mr. Ricciuti's consulting experience, he has conducted: 1) investment due diligence for all types of properties, 2) detailed market and feasibility studies, 3) highest and best use and most profitable use analyses, 4) land planning and development strategies, 5) financial analyses of real estate portfolios, 6) market surveys of commercial and industrial space, 7) regional market studies, and 8) valuation studies.

His experience encompasses a range of property types including retail, office, industrial, hotel, residential, historic rehabilitation and major mixed use developments.

Mr. Ricciuti’s area of concentration is credit tenant lease (CTL) advisory and financial services including sale-leaseback and synthetic lease transactions. He has also served many clients in both public real estate securitizations and private debt placements.

Over the past five years, Mr. Ricciuti has advised clients pertaining to transactions with more than $4 billion worth of real estate involving more than 1,000 properties containing approximately 25 million square feet. These properties were located in more than 100 markets across the United States including most major markets and numerous smaller markets.

Mr. Ricciuti serves as President and Treasurer of Birch|REA Partners, Inc. He is a shareholder and a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is also President of Birch|Capital Partners, Inc. (www.birchcapital.com), a private real estate investment company and a Principal of Miami, FL based BirchLEAF Global, LLC (www.birchleafglobal.com).

Prior to forming Birch|REA, Mr. Ricciuti was a founding member serving as Vice President/Principal of Bonz/REA, Inc. from 1997 to 2003. Bonz/REA represented a merger between Bonz & Company, Inc. and REA Partners, Inc., both Boston based real estate advisory firms serving a national clientele. Mr. Ricciuti joined REA Partners in 1990 and was promoted to Managing Partner in 1994. Mr. Ricciuti has also held various positions between 1986 and 1990 with Spaulding & Slye and Ryan Elliott & Company, Boston based full service real estate firms.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Babson College (Class of 1986) and has completed extensive continuing education courses and seminars sponsored by numerous real estate professional organizations as well as Boston area colleges and universities. He serves on several charitable organizations and is actively involved in fund raising for The Mercersburg Academy (Class of 1983) and cancer research through the Swim Across America program.
