Mr. Leary has over ten years of experience conducting primary market research for Birch|REA Partners, Inc. and its predecessor firms. Mr. Leary has been involved in a diverse range of real estate valuation and consulting projects for investors, corporations, developers, and financial institutions across the United States, and has assisted in the valuation of retail, office, industrial, mixed use, and specialty properties.

Mr. Leary is a certified Notary Public by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and assists in the administrative licensing responsibilities for out-of-state properties on behalf of Birch|REA in conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

Prior to and concurrent with his employment at Birch|REA, Mr. Leary has over eleven years of experience in the Financial Services industry as a quality assurance engineer and business analyst. His business systems analysis and quality assurance experience has included nine years of mainframe and three years of client/server and web experience at companies that include PFPC, Brown Brothers and Harriman and The Shareholder Services Group.

Mr. Leary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
