Our firm, Birch\|REA Partners, Inc., is a Boston-based real estate services firm providing advisory, consulting and valuation services to clients located across the U.S. We are headquartered in Wellesley, Massachusetts and maintain affiliated offices in New York, London, Toronto, and Hamburg, Germany.
Originally formed in 1990, Birch\|REA is focused on finding creative solutions to today’s real estate and valuation issues. Our experience encompasses all property types, from shopping centers and regional malls to office and industrial buildings, multifamily housing, healthcare, hospitality, net leased assets, and special purpose type properties, such as "signature" single tenant office towers, hospital buildings, government facilities, and health clubs. Our geographic coverage includes properties located across the U.S., Mexico and Canada, and our reach is also international in scope thanks to our involvement in the Maestro Partnership.
Birch\|REA is a client-focused, relationship-based firm; we diligently work to service the needs of our select and well-respected clients. For each assignment, clients work with a Principal-in-Charge who is involved in all-day-to-day aspects of the assignment. With a team approach, the Principal-in-Charge directs and oversees colleagues and staff members to deliver timely, quality service that consistently exceeds our clients’ expectations.
